Wild Hair Ranch limits bookings to 4 hunters per season to keep the land unpressured and the experience exclusive. Come solo or bring a group — up to 4 hunters per party. The price is $3,000 per hunter regardless of party size.

How It Works
A Typical Three-Day Stay
Here’s how a standard trip runs from arrival to departure. Exact timing is flexible and can be discussed when you book.
Day 1 — Arrival
- Arrive at the ranch in the afternoon or evening
- Get settled into the lodge
- Walk the property before dark — scout your setup
- Dinner at the ranch
- Early bedtime — you’ll want it
Day 2 — First Hunt Day
- Pre-dawn breakfast at the lodge
- In the woods before first light
- Hunt the morning — the most productive window
- Back to the lodge for lunch and rest
- Afternoon scouting or late hunt
- Dinner
Day 3 — Second Hunt Day & Departure
- Pre-dawn breakfast and final morning hunt
- Return to lodge mid-morning
- Clean up, pack gear, load up
- Lunch before you head out

Booking Policy
Deposit & Cancellation
To Reserve Your Slot
A 50% deposit of $1,500 per hunter is required to hold your slot. Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit is received. We accept payment via Stripe — credit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay all accepted.
The remaining balance of $1,500 per hunter is due 30 days before your arrival date.
With only 4 hunter slots available per season, a cancellation leaves a gap we rarely have time to fill. Out of fairness to the land and to other hunters waiting for availability, deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
The 50% deposit is non-refundable. If you need to cancel, we will make every reasonable effort to rebook your slot. If we are able to rebook, your deposit may be applied toward a future stay at our discretion.
If the remaining balance has been paid and you cancel within 30 days of arrival, the full amount is forfeited. We strongly recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance if travel disruption is a concern.
Weather & Conditions
Florida weather is unpredictable. Hunts are not cancelled due to rain, wind, or general weather conditions — turkeys are still active and the land is still yours. In the rare event of a named tropical storm or declared emergency affecting the property, we will work with you to reschedule.

How Booking Works

1. Submit Your Request
Fill out the booking form with your preferred dates, party size, and any questions. We’ll review availability and get back to you.
2. Confirm Your Slot
We confirm availability and send you a payment link for the 50% deposit ($1,500 per hunter) via Stripe. Your slot is held pending deposit receipt.
3. Pay & You’re In
Pay the deposit and your slot is confirmed. You’ll receive arrival details, property information, and a checklist of everything to bring. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.
